Types of Visas

There are about 185 different types of U.S visas! Berardi Immigration Law will determine which type is required for your situation. Visas fall into two main categories:

1. Non-Immigrant visa - for temporary visits such as business, work, tourism, or studying. The purpose of your intended travel as well as other factors will determine what type of visa is required under U.S. immigration law.
