Kris Rohl serves a dual-function at Berardi Immigration Law, combining the functions of Director of Marketing with her role as an Immigration Paralegal.  In the Paralegal function, Ms. Rohl prepares pleadings and motions for Immigration Court proceedings as well as petitions and applications to be submitted to Citizenship and Immigration Services and other governmental agencies.  While familiar with all visa categories, Ms. Rohl is particularly adept in the preparation of O visa petitions, Green Card petitions, H-1B visa petitions, PERM Labor Certifications and other employer and family-based petitions.

In her marketing capacity, Ms. Rohl draws on her experiences both with a large-multinational corporation and a small business owner.  She focuses on new business development and client satisfaction.  In her spare time, Ms. Rohl is a curriculum developer and writer for an international not-for-profit agency that specializes in Character Education and At-Risk Parenting programs.
