Barbara Lougheed has more than 45 years of experience in Administrative and Accounting roles. During 13 years at Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC Bank) she worked her way up from a check sorting clerk to Head Teller.  Her career journey led her to accounting roles and finally to legal administration where she spent 22 years working for law firms in Buffalo and Rochester, New York.  She was president of local chapters of both Buffalo and Rochester ALA (Association of Legal Administrators).   She has also been a volunteer in the AARP tax program for more than 8 years, providing free tax preparation for seniors.  In 2010 she stepped in to coordinate the Amherst, NY program at the Amherst Senior Center.

Her skills in accounting, billing and collections have led her to support the accounting department of the firm as Billing Clerk.
