USCIS Launches a Refresh of InfoPass

U.S. Department of Homeland Security LogoUSCIS has launched a refresh of InfoPass, an online system that lets applicants schedule an appointment at a USCIS office.

New features of the site include a mapping function that makes it easier to find a local USCIS office in the United States and an improved visual style that matches the rest of the USCIS website.

The user-friendly site can be viewed in multiple languages and includes several options for frequently asked questions.

You may wish to schedule an InfoPass appointment if you have an immigration issue that is best handled by a trained USCIS Immigration Officer — for example if you need a stamp in your passport or are applying for emergency advance parole.

Take a look at the improved system at the new web address: my.uscis.gov/appointment.
