Meet Attorney Gabriella Agostinelli!

GabriellaGabriella Agostinelli is an Associate Attorney here at Berardi Immigration Law. Ms. Agostinelli has a particular expertise in work visa categories (including TN, L-1 and H-1B visas), employment-based and family-based green card applications, and criminal admissibility issues. Ms. Agostinelli also frequently accompanies our clients to present their applications to Customs and Border Protection at the Peace Bridge Port-of-Entry located in Buffalo, N.Y.
Ms. Agostinelli’s prior legal experience and impressive education credentials make her a valuable asset to the BIL team. A Rochester native, Ms. Agostinelli attended Canisius College in Buffalo. Here, she was first introduced to immigration while holding an internship with the International Institute of Buffalo, where she aided the legal department with diverse immigration matters. She also spent a semester studying abroad at the Universidad de Oviedo, where she completed an intensive Spanish language program. Ms. Agostinelli graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in International Business and International Relations in 2011.
Ms. Agostinelli then went on to attend law school at the SUNY Buffalo School of Law. Here she was awarded a writing fellowship, where she helped teach first-year law students legal research and writing skills. During law school, Ms. Agostinelli served as Head Law Clerk for one of Buffalo’s largest law firms and as an Executive Publication Editor for the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. She also blogged for a Downstate New York Food Law Firm, covering regulatory developments in food law and agricultural law.
After obtaining her Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 2014, Ms. Agostinelli joined the Berardi Immigration Law team. She successfully passed the New York State bar exam earlier this year. When she isn’t in the office advising clients and preparing petitions, Ms. Agostinelli, an avid foodie, can be found frequenting the newest restaurants Buffalo has to offer or spending time in her very own kitchen preparing gourmet meals.
